We actively aim for all of our projects to co-exist sustainably with the local ecology and provide economic, environmental and social benefits to the community.

We respect and preserve natural resources including creating lakes and lagoons as a natural habitat for fish, birds and larger mammals like otters to flourish. The healthy wetlands that we preserve in our schemes enhance insect life as well as serving as flood plains. The tens of thousands of trees and hedges we plant enhance the green spaces around our developments. The hundreds of bird and insect boxes we install provide additional nesting and colonisation.

Our Business parks are sustainably designed and constructed to blend in with their physical environment. Our procurement balances, value for money with social, ethical, environmental and economic impact.

Providing employment close to conurbations allows for walkable and bikeable neighbourhoods that enhance lifestyle and productivity at the same time as protecting the environment. Vehicle charging points are standard and recycling and water conservation a focus.

We have had experience of building projects to the industrial standard BREEAM.
